A tribute to the Carnival between tradition and innovation
This year, the Venice Carnival celebrates the 300th anniversary of the birth of Giacomo Casanova with the “Il tempo di Casanova” edition, in an event that combines love, charm and magic and which begins February 14, Valentine’s Day.
The San Giorgio Café will be the protagonist with a menu that pays homage to Venetian flavors with a touch of innovation – available from 14 February to 4 March 2025 – and with its Casanova Spritz, exclusive Carnival cocktail, at the center of this edition.
